Accused Jersey City killer's fate is in fingers of jury

The bullet lodged powering his eye."During the trial Dill confirmed the jury a three-hour videotaped interview in which Scott claims he was at the scene from the murder and he watched his brother shoot the victim in the head. He even acted out the shooting with one of several detectives standing in as Molesky.But over the interview Scott claims it had been a 3rd gentleman that handed Reeves the gun.
